Privacy Policy

This page explains what Lucendata collects through this website, why we collect it, and how to contact us about it.

Last updated: 20 May 2026.

Who this applies to

This policy applies to lucendata.co and the enquiries sent through this website. It does not cover client project data, which is handled under the relevant client agreement.

Information we collect

  • Contact form details: name, email address, company, systems or data sources involved, and the problem description you choose to send.
  • Email correspondence: messages sent directly to Lucendata email addresses.
  • Basic website analytics: page views, referrers, approximate location, device information, and rough engagement duration through Vercel Web Analytics.
  • Technical security data: information needed to run, protect, and debug the website, such as request metadata and error information.

How we use the information

  • To respond to enquiries and decide whether Lucendata can help.
  • To understand which pages and topics are useful to visitors.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the website.
  • To keep a practical record of business conversations.

How enquiries are handled

When you submit the contact form, the website sends the enquiry to Lucendata through configured delivery channels such as email, webhook, or Telegram. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field to reduce automated submissions.

Analytics

Lucendata uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic at an aggregate level. This helps us see whether people are visiting, which pages they read, where traffic comes from, and roughly how long pages hold attention. Analytics are not used to sell personal data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, process enquiries, host infrastructure, or deliver messages. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect Lucendata, visitors, clients, or others.

Retention

We keep enquiry and correspondence records only as long as useful for the business relationship, operational follow-up, legal obligations, or security. If a conversation does not turn into work, we can delete the related contact record on request unless we need to keep it for a legitimate reason.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information you sent through the site. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data. Email info@lucendata.co with the request.

Short is fine. Give us enough context to understand the decision problem and the systems behind it.
